什么是CaseTrust ？

在新加坡，教育业的CaseTrust是消协（Consumers Association of Singapore，简称CASE）就教育计划专门制定的一个认证。该计划将提高国际学生及他们的父母对新加坡高质量教育的信心。

此规章制度主要致力于建设可信赖的，专业的，商界和学术界的英才。

从2005年9月1日，所有的私有化教育机构都想招收国际学生，因此，就需要对每所院校的教育状况做一个认证。

一个私有化教育机构取得CaseTrust认证，意味着这间机构具有高质量的学生福利基础/保护措施和标准。私有化的教育机构取得的CaseTrust条件是：

清楚的收费政策

明确界定的学生补救做法和体制

公开的教育质量承诺

训练有素的人员
